Protecting & Exploring the Pinelands

This is a very challenging time for New Jersey and the world. Please know that we are thinking of you. Our staff are working in the field and remotely to protect the Pinelands National Reserve. You are welcome to visit the fields & trails at our office when the gate is open – but our visitor center is closed.

New Jersey’s state parks and forests are open for passive recreation at a safe social distance. Open natural areas provide relief from the pressure and stress that we are all under right now. Please use these links to find peaceful places to visit in the Pinelands.
