Description:
This iris has attractive blue to purple flowers and blooms May to July. From 2 to 3 feet tall. Grows in medium to wet soils in full sun to partial shade. Can grow in 2 to 4 inches in shallow standing water. Does best in full sun and moist, rich soils. Will spread by self seeding and extension of rhizomes.
