Supporting regenerative agriculture:

Funds raised from this year’s Garden State Plate dinner will allow Rancocas Creek Farm to expand our chemical-free food growing abilities and create more habitat on the farm to support birds, butterflies, bees, native pollinators and better manage stormwater to reduce flooding and recharge our aquifer.

Our wish list includes a no-till roller crimper and no-till seed drill, more fruit trees and trellising equipment to grow our blackberry production, additional solar panels to sustainably power the farm, and expanding our deer fence to allow us to grow more fresh produce.

Fundraising from the 2024 Garden State Plate dinner helped us install an irrigation system that makes our farm far more efficient and build much needed cold storage for our produce.

Your Chef for the evening:

Your food is being prepared by the exceptional culinary staff of Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group.  Jeffrey and his staff set themselves a challenge for this special farm-to-table dinner.  All of the major ingredients will come from farms within a 100-mile radius of the Rancocas Creek Farm.  This challenge has led them down some creative culinary paths!

Chef/Owner Jeffrey Miller had the privilege to apprentice at some of the most revered restaurants in New York (La Cote Basque, Le Cirque, An American Place, Bouley) and on the Continent (France’s Michelin-starred Moulin de Mougins, and London’s Simpsons-in-the-Strand). The creativity in presentation, emphasis on freshness, and attention to detail that he learned at these world-class restaurants have helped create the high standards that define Jeffrey Miller cuisine today.
