Date: December 5th at 7:00 PM
Location: Pemberton Township Town Hall, 500 Pemberton-Browns Mills Road, Pemberton Township, NJ 08068
The final planning board meeting on this application will be on December 5th, when the board will vote. The second to last meeting will be on November 25th. We will contest that the proposal is in violation of Pemberton Township Code of Ordinances § 190-50(D) and should be rejected in total.
If the planning board votes “no” on December 5th, the proposal will be defeated, pending any appeals. This could set the stage for Green Acres Acquisition.
If they vote “yes”, then the proposal still must be approved or rejected by the Pinelands Commission, and there are significant concerns about wetlands and endangered species that could influence that decision.
