World Environment Day Celebration

Join the Delaware River & Bay Authority (DRBA) for their FREE World Environment Day celebration on June 1 from 10:00AM-2:00PM at Veterans Memorial Plaza in New Castle, DE. The DRBA World Environment Day provides a forum for people to learn about environmental issues from government regulators, environmental experts, and company representatives on such topics as recycling, air quality, food waste, renewable energy, green products, plastic pollution, sustainability, watersheds, endangered/protected species, electric vehicles, energy conservation, marine life and habitat, oil spill cleanup, remediation, ecology, and climate impacts. There will also be food trucks, music, interactive activities and more!
