Because finding the birds is often a matter of being in the right place at the right time, birding in the Pinelands of New Jersey can be a challenging experience.
About 100 species call the Pine Barrens home, and many more can be seen during the migration seasons.
On this adventure, we’ll spend 2 hours walking about a mile through 12+ preserved acres of Rancocas Creek Farm, the 72-acre sustainable farm launched by Pinelands Preservation Alliance in 2020. We recommend wearing comfortable hiking shoes and bringing water, binoculars, and a camera.
Come join your guide, Steve Sobocinski, and benefit from his 24+ years of birding in Burlington County. Together you’ll enjoy a morning stroll to observe the unique birds that live and pass through the Pine Barrens.
