Wharton State Forest Cleanup at Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge

The day after Thanksgiving we will be cleaning up illegal dumping in Wharton State Forest along the Haynes Branch near Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge. Our meeting location will be at the back of the Wildlife Refuge Bus Parking Area. We will then travel into the State Forest by foot and vehicle to gather illegal dumping and dispose of it in a container near our meeting point.

Bring a water bottle and gloves. Optional: Bring Bags, bucket containers, and 4×4 or AWD vehicles will be useful for taking part in the cleanup if you are willing to drive on sand roads.
