SNAP Benefits For Famers Markets

Learn how to get your farmers market accredited to accept SNAP benefits. This workshop is open to municipal representatives, community volunteers, farmers/growers, farmers market managers, and green team members throughout South Jersey.
You will hear from people who have gone through the process of getting SNAP accredited and learn how it works. Enabling farmers’ markets to accept SNAP benefits is a crucial step in supporting our community and local growers, bridging the gap in food inequity in Southern New Jersey. By offering equitable solutions we can ensure residents have access to healthy food choices.Light refreshments will be served.
